One fine day I have paid my online bill after the due date. Which means that I have received the bill to my home address at the mid of October.
I have seen the bill information and got bill around Rs.850 and due date they have mentioned upto 30th of October.
I said thank god this time I have got something less and its up to my strength to pay.
Actually due to my busy work at office I missed to pay the bill at the given time i.e due date mentioned in the bill.
but after the three days of due date that is 4th November I could got remainder that I missed to pay the BSNL land line bill payment online.
So I sit in the net and entered the site http://billchn.bsnl.co.in/index.html for online BSNL bill payment. The pay button is still enable me to pay the bill.So i thought ok we can pay after the due date also.
So I paid my bsnl land line bill in online through this link after my due date got over. And the next month that is November end my Dad make the call and said our landline is not working (BSNL LANDLINE Telephone connection was disconnected ) due to non bill payment.
I was shocked and I didn't believed my dads word.So I have tried lot of time the same reply I was also got like your connection has disconnected due to non payment of bsnl landline telephone bill.
Again I was shocked and checked my bank statement in online and verified whether I have paind Rs.850 for October.I surprised that I made the payment and it was debited from my ICICI account.
Again i got really shocked that I made the payment in online throught bsnl online bill payment portal but its not confirmed because of payment made after the due date.
After that i got relaised that I made the payment after the due date so now am en query with the customer care center about the payment which I made for the bill.
But still i didn't get the proper response form the BSNL online bill payment portal.
So please dont pay the bill online after the due date or after the due date mentioned in your BSNL bill go directly to the bill counter and pay the BSNL land line bill at the counter once your due date period is over
